UPOTOP is a high-performance protective finish for Upofloor RealWood floors. It offers added, long term resistance to wear while preserving the natural appearance and feel of the wood.

The boards are prefinished at the factory with six coatings of acrylic polyurethane finish which is UV cured for added strength and durability. All six coats have specific features that complement each other, providing improved resistance to wear. Unlike some harder finishes, UPOTOP finish is highly resilient, so it flexes with the natural movements of wood. This adds to the durability and strength of the finish.

The UV-finishes used are completely safe – both during the manufacturing process and in use. The finishes do not contain solvents or formaldehyde, and they do not emit any substances hazardous to health. The factory process optimises the usage of finish, preventing material waste and reducing environmental impact while preserving the natural look and feel of the wood.

When using prefinished hardwood floor boards, the floor is ready to use immediately after installation. UPOTOP finish is hygienic, stain repellent and easy to clean.
